What will your typical day look like?


1. Office Administration

  • Provide and responsible for full spectrum of administrative support for various teams with staff/vendor contractors
  • Provide seating/facilities support (eg copier) for office
  • Support new hire onboarding and ensure all Singtel properties are returned and accounted for once a staff leaves Singtel
  • Track, monitor and ensure stationery, office supply for office use
  • Track laptops for staff regularly, liaising with Central PC team

2. Management Support

  • Secretariat for Management, schedule regular meetings, booking of conference rooms and liaise with other parties (internal or external including vendors) involved in the meetings
  • Administer paperwork for Management who applies for:
  • VISA, air ticket, business trip approval, liaise with Travel Desk on flight arrangements/accommodation and any other logistics
  • Follow through with reimbursement of travel claims
  • Administer criteria/eligibility/term & condition for purchase of hand phone, etc
  • Ensure confidentiality in all matters dealt with

3. Administration and Sales Support

  • Validate and raise SO/SE to vendors for services rendered
  • Validate and raise SO/SE to vendors for hardware / software maintenance
  • Validate and raise Purchase Orders
  • Track payment status and ensure timely payment to vendor
  • Familiar with SAP reports and transactions
  • Raise vendor creation request whenever contracting with new vendors
  • Ensure and process transfer of assets as and when there is staff movement/re-structure/re-organisation
  • Organising mini sales events and helping out sales support activities


Is this you?

  • Diploma / Degree in equivalent discipline
  • Has experience in events management
  • Has experience in raising SO/PO via Ariba/iBuy
  • Has experience in office maintenance and administration 
  • Able to work independently under fast pace stress
  • Able to multitask and problem solving skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Sharp eye for details and meticulous
  • MS Office proficient
