Job Summary:
The Presales Support Executive will report to Sales Support Manager in providing pre-sales support to sales teams for tender or proposal submission request within specific tender closing timeline.
Responsibilities:
- Liaise with Sales Managers on the Tender/RFP/RFQ submission request and tender proposal outline
- Work on tender specifications, distribution of tender documents and consolidation of tender clarification list etc.
- Assist in preparing NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) for the authorized signatory and coordinate with GSS General Admin team for the collection of tender documents
- Coordinate/work with different business support units to obtain the necessary info required for tender submission
- Prepare tender templates in accordance to the tender proposal outline
- Provide SLA to manage the return of tender proposals for the required formatting
- Track and follow up with Sales Manager/proposal team for the return of the proposal write-up
- Assist in formatting/compiling the tender proposal for submission
- Provide any required administrative support to ensure the tender proposals are submitted within the tender timeline and and ensure compliance with the required mode of proposal submission
The ideal candidate should possess:
- Bachelor’s degree/ Diploma in relevant disciplines
- Min. 2 years of relevant experience in ICT equivalent industry
- Able to deliver high quality pre-sales support with tight timeline
- Good stakeholder management skills, communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (e.g. Excel, PPT, Word)
- Solution oriented with keen interest in proposing and driving change when required
