Senior Sales Support Executive

  • To monitor and track the sales booking from award to project creation
  • To ensure timely and quality service provided to Client Service Unit (CSU) teams for order processing request, sales and project registration
  • To work closely with Service Organisations to expedite on the project registration and project budget baseline
  • To assist Project Managers with cost sheet preparation and processing in Cost Sheet Management System (CSMS)
  • To provide guidance to Sales Specialist with regards to cost sheet preparation and processing in CSMS
  • To advise CSU teams on Percentage of Completion (POC) and Non-POC projects classification
  • To ensure risk budget catered during bidding time is correctly captured during cost sheet processing.
  • To ensure order processing request is supported with actual LOA/PO from client
  • To validate the order processing request from sales teams to ensure sales booked is based on firm award provided by client
  • To ensure GovTech Admin Fees handling is correctly captured in CSMS and to advise AM to tag Bulk Tender ID in CRM where applicable as this has downstream impact for GovTech Admin Fee reporting
  • To assist in UAT for CSMS system enhancements
  • To assist CSU sales teams with Banker’s Guarantee preparation
  • Timely submission of full legal documents (tender documents, tender proposals, clients’ contracts, LOA/PO) to Legal Dept to enable timely sales incentive pay-out for CSU sales teams
  • To advise CSU sales teams on the sales processes where necessary


The Ideal Candidate Should Possess

  • Diploma in relevant disciplines
  • Min. 2 years of relevant experience in Tech industry as Sales Support 
  • Able to deliver high quality post-sales support with tight timeline
  • Good stakeholder management skills, communication skills and interpersonal skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (e.g. Excel, PPT, Word)
  • Solution oriented with keen interest in proposing and driving change when required
