The key purpose of this role

• To manage the offshore development team, assign and manage workload of the offshore team.
• Must have development experience, able to articulate the requirements, perform solutioning, develop, assign the job load to offshore team.
• To manage the business expectations, deliver the quality and error free applications. Call centre Software Development experience is mandatory for this role.
• Coordinate and supervise IT staff members
• Handle annual budget and ensure cost effectiveness for the IT department
• Trouble-shoots and solves problems related to hardware, software, and network problems
• Researches and recommends the latest technology in market
• Monitors application performance, implements procedures for optimization, reliability, and availability
• Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time
• Build long term relationships with business, outside vendors for IT related products and services

• Previous experience as an IT manager for (8) year(s)

Skills for Success:

• 8 to 10 years of call centre application development role.
• Ability to manage the on-shore or offshore development teams, able to guide , assign and manage the IVR developers
• Minimum 6 years of experience in IVR development using Avaya Aura Orchestration Designer, Java
• 6 and above, Eclipse, Tomcat and other webservices
• Understand multiple business stakeholder groups, setup, organisation, process & operations.
• Excellent writing skills to translate Business Requirements to IT Functional Specifications
• Excel in driving discussions with Business , IT and Vendors
• Understand IT landscape and carryout Sanity tests.
• Experienced user in Jira/ServiceNow/HP ALM etc
• Able to sail through as an experienced E2E BA.
