We’re looking for Marketing Cloud solution consultant who can deliver complex marketing cloud projects from strategy, design and configuration through to integration, testing and deployment; all while working alongside with our business and other delivery disciplines. This role is accountable for the digital marketing and marketing cloud capabilities of Singtel within Group IT: 1. Business requirements, functional design, process design (including scenario design, flow mapping, customer journeys), prototyping, configuration, testing, training, defining support procedures 2. Provide ongoing operational support for marketing / campaign solutions 3. Show marketers how to best create campaign and how to manage and use data for effective marketing campaigns 4. Collaborate with digital experts across disciplines to innovate and create great solutions 5. Ensure that proposed solutions are aligned and conformed to the defined architecture guidelines and roadmap

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 

1.Understand business requirements and objectives in order to analyze / assess the relevant  customer data-sets needed and propose actionable marketing/campaign planning process

and its operations

2. Consult and guide users on their new initiatives or enhancements

3. Able to validate and challenge user requirements to ensure that appropriate due diligence is placed on requirements

4. Perform solution design and implementation related to digital marketing and marketing cloud platform that is in accordance with Group IT Strategy & Architecture

5. Integrate and maintain marketing cloud connector, Rest API, for real-time data exchange and for triggering email activity, etc, as well as SFTP jobs for batch data exchange

6. Deliver or support the development of cost estimates based on the solution design

7. Review and validate solution design and cost estimation provided by IT vendors

8. Provide User Acceptance Test (UAT) support to users

9. Support broad range of digital marketing projects related to marketing campaign, customer segmentation, campaign optimization, channels effectiveness etc.

10. Work with internal IT teams & Partners/Vendors to deliver/implement solutions from requirements till post go-live, and ensure they deliver solutions on-time, on-budget that fulfill

business requirements and functionality, operational and scalable

 

 

Education and Qualifications

 

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business or equivalent.

 

Work Experience

 

Minimum *4 years of experience in digital marketing and marketing automation platform

• Minimum 2 years of hands - on working experience in using Oracle Marketing Cloud (including the journey builder, creation of campaigns, segments, integration, configuration and advanced automation

features)

• Good understanding of Marketing Cloud architecture and knowledge of the wider cloud ecosystem

• Experience in analyzing business requirements, deliver design and estimate, development, testing and production deployment of solutions for digital marketing or marketing cloud

• Proficiency with marketing automation best practices, lead management and performance reporting

• Working knowledge of API data integration, JavaScript, CSS, HTML, content strategies and web technologies (ad servers, browsers, cookies, etc)

• Working knowledge of CRM technologies (Oracle CRM, Salesforce.com, Microsoft CRM, etc.)

• Good knowledge with Customer Life Cycle Management (Retention, cross-sell, up-sell & prospective, awarenessand rewards)

• Experience in conducting training to business users• Good knowledge in SQL
