As a Senior Solution Designer, you will play a pivotal role in conceptualizing, designing, and implementing advanced systems and solutions that bolster and enhance business functions. Your expertise will be instrumental in evaluating new technologies, collaborating with stakeholders, and delivering outstanding results through agile methodologies.

Make an Impact by:

• Take ownership of technical designs, code development, and component test execution to ensure alignment with the functional specification.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features.
• Design and develop reusable artifacts, modules, and assets.
• Demonstrate proficiency in coding and design patterns such as MVVM, SOLID, and TDD.
• Provide guidance in software development, testing, code reviews, and debugging as needed.
• Possess a deep understanding of ServiceNow functionality and capabilities, with a proven track record of successful implementation and customization.
• Write unit tests and ensure high test coverage, while ensuring source code complies with industry information security standards.
• Contribute to the strategy and roadmap planning of applications

Skills for Success:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or IT.

• Proven track record of successful project/product implementation with minimal 6 years of software development experience 

• Experienced working with ServiceNow platform in a development and administrative role.

• Strong experience with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change), ITOM, SPM, Service Catalog, and CMDB.

• Proficience in ServiceNow scripting languages (JavaScript, GlideScript) and ServiceNow APIs.

• Candidates with ServiceNow certifications (such as Certified System Administrator, Certified Application Developer) are a plus.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

This is a fully onsite role.
