Make an Impact by

 

  • Ownership of technical designs, code development, and component test execution to demonstrate alignment to the functional specification
  • Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features
  • Design and develop reusable artifacts, modules and assets
  • Proficient in coding and design patterns such as MVVM, SOLID, TDD
  • Conduct and provide guidance as needed in software development, testing, code reviews and debugging
  • Have deep understanding of ServiceNow functionality and capabilities, with a proven track record of successful implementation and customization.
  • Write unit test and ensure high test coverage as well as making sure source code complies with industrial information security standards
  • Contribute to strategy and roadmap planning of applications

 

Skills for Success 

 

  • Bachelor or higher degree in Computer Science or IT.
  • More than 10 years software development experience.
  • Proven track record of successful project/product implementation with minimal 10 years of software development experience
  • Minimal of 5 year’s experience working with the ServiceNow platform in a development and administrative role.
  • Solid understanding of IT service management (ITSM) process and best practices.
  • Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting languages (JavaScript, GlideScript, Jelly, etc).
  • Experience with ServiceNow integrations using web services (REST, SOAP) and other integration methods.
  • ServiceNow certifications (such as Certified System Administrator, Certified Application Developer) are a plus.
  • Good to have:
    • Experience working with build management and continuous integration tools such as Azure Devops, Jenkins
    • Experience working as part of an Agile / Scrum team
    • Hands-on experience with Azure App Services and Functions
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
