Senior Solution Designer

Make an impact by:

• Provide end to end Solutions for CRM that covers all internal stake holding Business.
• Manage Vendor Solutions, review and bridge the gaps.
• Track the solution delivery and manage stakeholders wrt Solution Delivery.
• Take part in initiatives and advice Product owners with assessments.
• Conduct Design reviews with Vendors and Business stakeholders and ensure to implement Singtel’s standards.
• Lead, manage the resolution of the security findings
• Plan, execute the Business continuity plan, DR exercise regularly
• People Manager – guide and mange internal team to deliver the solution.
• People Manager – manage the resources reporting to you, guide the team with your technical expertise to deliver the business outcome. Able to always optimise the resource and utilization

Skills for Success:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering
• CRM expertise- preferably Telco domain – 5 to 10 Yrs minimum.
• Worked on any Industry branded CRM products – Salesforce, Amdocs,Siebal,Oracle,Microsoft Dynamics CRM
• Preferably Amdocs CRM/Microsoft Dynamics CRM
• Expert in Telco BSS-OSS Solution Architecture,tmforum.
• Well versed with ETOM/TAM model, Event driven Solutions
• Exposure to any DevOps flavour
• Experienced in Agile Methodology based projects.
