Make an Impact by

• Support PAWS, FMS applications and review functional specification/Technical Design Documents.
• To have enough knowledge in WFM
• Manage Vendor Solutions ,review and bridge the gaps.
• Track the solution delivery and manage stakeholders wrt Solution Delivery.
• Take part in initiatives and advice Product owners with assessments.
• Conduct Design reviews with Vendors and Business stakeholders and ensure to implement Singtel’s standards.
• Lead, manage the resolution of the security findings.
• Plan, execute the Business continuity plan, DR exercise for these applications regularly.

Skills for Success 

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or computer Engineering
• Minimum 8 years’ experience in PAWS, FMS (or any WFM related) applications.
• Experience developing application using Java/J2EE servlet applications.
• CRM expertise, preferably Telco domain with 5 years minimum experience.
• Exposure to any DevOps flavour.
• Experienced in Agile Methodology based projects.
• Must be proactive, resourceful and self-motivated with strong analytical skills.
• Good interpersonal, written and communication skills.
