Make an Impact by

• Work with development teams and product managers to ideate software solutions.
• Drive user story grooming with product stakeholders and engineers.
• System Design, Architecture of software components, microservices and API gateway platform.
• Lead code review, cyber security review, application monitoring.
• Lead and mentor junior developers in API first development.
• CI/CD and DevOps pipeline configuration and deployment management of components.
• Experience working in one of Cloud platforms like AWS, Azure or GCP.
• Software related project management, delivery management, procurement management
• Development, Scalability, Performance tuning of API and Web applications
• Ability to do quickly learn latest software technologies and framework and deliver projects.
• Develop and manage well-functioning databases and applications.
• Test software to ensure responsiveness and efficiency.
• Create security and data protection settings.
• Build features and applications with a responsive design.
• Write technical documentation.

Skills for Success

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent.
• Minimum 10+ years of proven experience as a lead full stack developer or similar role.
• Possess team management experience.
• Strong technical experience in Object-Oriented Languages like Java.
• API based System Integration integration experience.
• Strong Experience in designing and implementing REST based micro services using Java, SpringBoot or MS.Net
• Experience in developing event-driven applications and familiarity with Kafka or any messaging system.
• Familiarity with databases (MongoDB OR SQL Server), web servers (Nginx or Apache)
• Experience in containerized application development such as Docker/Kubernetes.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Great attention to detail.
• Experience in scrum-based software development, JIRA and CI/CD.
• Experience in distributed application development using Apache Storm or Spark, Python coding experience.
• Experience in Kubernetes or containerised application development.
