  • Lead in the network design, implementation, and support on geo-distributed SIP platform.
  • Plan, implement, and provide support to maintain the enterprise voice infrastructure (VoIP), including network design, capacity, monitoring, and patch management.
  • Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to drive coverage expansion, quality, and security for the various enterprise voice platform, such as UC and SIP.
  • Ensure the detailed call recordings and web servers for billing management are maintained and controlled effectively in meeting audit standards.
  • Ensure maintenance, upgrades and new implementations are executed with minimal impact on business and customer operations
  • Provides second level technical support, resolution and improvement plans for complex issues on the voice platform, together with external vendors and service integrators.


The ideal candidate should have/be:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Bachelor's Degree or Professional Degree in Electrical & Electronics, Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent.
  • At least 3 years of experience in voice engineering role.
  • Strong technical knowledge in SIP protocol, and VoIP technologies. Familiar with vitalized systems and firewall is a plus.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Teams, Zoom will be an advantage.
  • Experience in designing voice networks globally in a service provider environment.
  • Experience in troubleshooting complex technical issues with external and internal stakeholders.
  • Participated in any technical evaluation or solution to meet customer requirements for regional UC/SIP/VoIP service.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a customer focused attitude
  • Able to work independently, play a hands-on role and adapt in a challenging and fast-paced environment.



  • Cisco (CCNA, CCNP) certifications
  • Candidates who currently attached in ICT/Telco industries that handling the similar capacity area.
  • Skills and/or experience in escalation management, advanced problem solving & documentation.
