Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition

We are scaling our teams for success and have an exciting opportunity for a motivated and tenacious Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition Manager who enjoys working in a fast paced and transformation environment; you will drive Talent Acquisition (TA) activities to support our ICT business requirements


Primary Responsibilities:

  • Leading a team and delivering a consultative and high-quality TA service to the business.
  • Providing high quality of hire to the hiring managers
  • Providing specialist TA advise and support to the TA Community and other HR colleagues
  • Driving a direct sourcing approach for all vacancies through a variety of channels
  • Promoting diverse, referral and internal hiring
  • Providing a great candidate experience ensuring they are informed of next steps and they get timely feedback
  • Managing assigned TA Projects


The ideal profile should have/be:

  • Good degree, and iHRP certification will be a plus.
  • Experience in TA business partnering / consulting coupled with strong relationship management skills
  • ‘In-house’ or ‘corporate’ recruiting experience is desirable
  • Strong experience in recruiting within the ICT/Telecommunications Industry
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to work effectively under pressure, deadlines and changing priorities
  • Advance interview and selection skills
  • Experience in completing market mapping talent searches
  • Experience in dealing with complex TA processes / systems
  • Knowledge of key employment law principles (especially Singapore) related
  • Knowledge of recruitment best practices, particularly relating to candidate experience & employer brand
