Senior Technical Services Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of engineers and PMs
  • Together with presales and Sales Specialist to determine sizing of solution and pricing for securing specific deal
  • Ensure specific target sector revenue KPI are met
  • Ensure project execution with right resource and ensure quality of output
  • Manage escalation, engage with senior role of customer and be in steering committee as Project Director
  • Ensure hygiene factor of staff includes leave, payroll, promotion and training
  • Take part in ECA, process improvement program to streamline day to day work
  • Lead the solution handover process from presales to project team and identify any solution defects that may hinder the success of the projects.
  • Participate in selection of networking technologies and products for implementation

 

The Ideal candidate should possess:

  • Degree in Information Technology/Computer Science
  • At least 10 years in project management in IT projects.
  • Project Management
  • Project Delivery Lifecycle
  • Good presentation & communication skills
  • Prince2 Foundation/Practitioner or Professional Management Professional (PMP)
  • CCNP and above
