Responsibilities: 

  • The delivery of all Performance and automation testing activities across all Singtel TMO engagements.
  • Provide expert consultation services to all required stakeholders within the Performance, Automation and test tools portfolio.
  • Continuous test process and test productivity improvements within the TMO.
  • Development and delivery of strategic testing initiatives to enhance TMO test practices.
  • Review and approval of performance and automation testing budget and schedule deliverables for each project.
  • Review and approval of project test planning documentation such as strategies and plans.
  • Manage the execution of testing to verify the quality of infrastructure and application IT solutions.
  • Defect and test summary reports outlining the quality of IT delivered solutions to relevant business stakeholders.
  • Managing expectations of stakeholders and project teams (including testing personnel) with clear and precise direction.
  • Management of test vendor engagements, successful delivery of vendor testing services on projects.
  • Development and governance of Automation and Performance Testing IP retention framework.
  • Resourcing of test resources in an efficient and effective manner by dealing with vendors/agencies as required.
  • High level of customer satisfaction on testing services required by the stakeholders.
  • Formal reporting to Associate Director and project management as required

 

Qualifications, Experience & Knowledge Required: 

  • An IT or related tertiary qualification with considerable Test Management or Test Team Leading experience
  • ISTQB/ISEB Certification
  • Expert knowledge of quality improvement, quality process, quality assurance methodologies, and best practices
  • Proven Performance and automation testing experience, within a complex, multi-tiered architecture
  • Expert knowledge of test tools and designing technical frameworks (e.g. HP ALM QC/PC v12.00 or higher, HP Vugen LoadRunner and analysis, HP BAC diagnostics, HP Sitescope, HP UFT, Selenium with Cucumber/Ruby, Jenkins, XCTest and Espresso)

  • Familiar with Microsoft and Unix/Linux operating systems

  • Good knowledge of Oracle and Microsoft SQL databases

  • Strong organizational, writing, and interpersonal communications with the ability to influence others at all levels (client facing, commercially aware, assertiveness, consensus building, and negotiation)

  • Test analysis skills and techniques (e.g. workshop facilitation, interviewing, problems/requirements definition)

  • Ability to clearly articulate both problems and proposed solutions

  • Proactive approach to identifying issues and presenting solutions/options

  • Ability to prioritize personal and team workloads to best meet organizational objectives

  • Excellent Computer literacy with standard operation tools e.g MS Project, Word, Powerpoint, and Excel.

  • Device literacy across apple (IPhone & iPAD) Android technologies
