The Senior Experience Designer will be an integral part of delivering quality thinking and design solutions with little or no supervision, and is able to impart knowledge and skills as a subject matter expert. This role will also work with other Experience Designers to continually design, produce and quality check experiences to drive impact on CE, NPS, operation cost and digital penetration. This role will work with respective Product Owners, Dev Leads, and other cross functional roles, in an AGILE organisation. He/she will be instrumental in the delivery of the key business outcomes from an experience and design perspective for our main journeys. This role will need to champion the evolution of design thinking in the wider organisation by leading the facilitation of Design Thinking workshops and trainings. Prior experience in payments/ecommerce/complex buy flows a bonus.

Make an Impact by

• Collaborate with the Product Owner and different stakeholders to create experiences that drives impact to sales and customer experience. The designer will be responsible in the production of effective experience design for Singtel’s digital services/platforms across business units.
• Identify, drive, and own experience opportunities across the Singtel’s key customer journeys, informed
  by user and business insights and deep domain expertise.
• Support and lead experience design for innovative and strategic digital initiatives by mapping
  customer journeys, understanding data, and gathering insights from user research.
• Work in AGILE or Initiative-lead way of working.
• Experiment with A/B or multi-variant testing to understand how to drive effectiveness of experiences, and reduce confusion and leakage in journeys.
• Use and analyse data to inform design solutions.
• Produce intuitive and engaging User Interfaces (UI) using the Singtel’s Design Language System
• Create discussion guides and collaborate with research team for usability studies
• Checks quality of final design in UAT, BRT and Production environments.
• Maintains high standards in quality of delivery.

Skills for Success

• Your portfolio will be an important consideration, all applications must be sent in with a portfolio
• Degree in digital media or digital product design, UXUI design, or relevant professional work experience
• Trained in Design Thinking
• Min. 8 years of relevant digital UXUI design/digital product design (agency/in-house)
• Skill set required: Digital interface design, User experience design, Concept ideation and prototyping, Figma, Sketch app, Adobe Creative Suite
• Excellent communicator and collaborator
