Responsibilities:

  • Administer the Business Portal system. To ensure that all customer/billing/report data are up-to-date.
  • Use Focal Scope System to answer emails queries from customers.
  • Support customers (via email) on BizPortal queries. This include:
    • How to register for Bizportal
    • How to check online bills
    • How to grant access to other users
    • How to add/edit access for users
    • How to extract previous month’s bills
    • How to add new companies
    • Creation of company access
    • Creation of users
    • Change of Main Administrator
    • Checking of bills
  • Use Pegasus billing system to check on customers’ accounts / bills. Verify request from customers.
  • Work with IT team on errors / modifications of the day-to-day records

 

Requirements:

  • Diploma holder (any area), or 5+ years of customer’s support experience
  • Passion, energy and enthusiasm in supporting customers and ability to convey this via phone calls and emails
  • Ability and willingness to use/improve online system
