Responsibilities:

• Manage all shipping matters (Import & Export)
• Co-ordinate with internal Customers from both local & global offices on their requirements ,and provide advice on shipping procedures
• Monitor shipments to ensure processing is done on schedule to avoid additional storage & handling cost
• Monitor, liaise & process renewal of IDA Licence/SICC membership/Customs Giro for GST
• Source with Panel Agents for export needs
• Review rates with official handlers
• Assist Manager to source and process RFQ for Shipping
• Ensure all invoices are processed accordingly
• Submit Marine Insurance declarations

The ideal candidate should possess:

• Diploma in Logistics management
• Min 3 years of Shipping Management experience
• Good in Microsoft Office & SAP Inventory System
• Knowledge with INCOTERMS (shipping) Operations preferred
