About the role


The Senior E2E Business Analyst Lead role key purpose is to drive a strong leadership and a high level of engagement within EPMO team.  This includes managing multiple initiatives, priorities and stakeholders across Consumer Australia requiring proven leadership and the ability to actively foster strong working relationships with other teams. This role will take accountability for the effectiveness and quality of customer experience, brand and User experience frameworks with programs, business requirements elicitation, management and verification work within a program.


In addition to leading business analysis work in key programs, this role is also accountable in ensuring quality outcomes among Business Analysts that drive significant value to business outcomes. This role will be responsible in leading Business Analysis work in programs and additionally to lead a team as well.


Key Responsibilities include:


  • Demonstrate and build key competencies by identifying and building best practices.
  • Support resource pipeline, prioritisation & accurate forecast updates. This includes managing resource requests and consulting across various business units.
  • Coaching and mentor Business Analysts within Consumer and Enterprise wide, sharing and alignment of key Business analysis concepts and methods. This includes leading a team of up to 4 E2E Business Analysts within the EPMO.
  • Support in best practice Contractor recruitment & termination based on planning forecast and transferrable knowledge.
  • Ascertain the effectiveness and quality of business requirements elicitation, management and verification work within a program. Ensuring quality is achieved and maintained by all team members.


What You'll need:


  • Tertiary qualifications in IT or business-related discipline or relevant IT/Business experience.
  • 10+ years’ experience in Business analysis and business process management alongside 5+ years’ experience in coaching, mentoring and training Business Analysts. 
  • Experience in Business Process repositories, modelling and automation.
  • Strong understanding of financial modelling and/or budget management.
  • Strong understanding and practical experience in Agile development methodology and delivery principles.
  • Understanding in Process automation, process optimisation, data analytics and digitalisation.
