Responsibilities:

• Develop standard and scalable solutions for managed services and on-premise installations
• Prepare solution writeup, bill of material, scope of work and engage Service Delivery team, gathering customer requirement and offering cost effective solutions
• Manage and implement configuration management and change management policies
• Provide and maintain configuration and change management plans, standards and procedures
• Organise meetings with Change Control Board to assess the impact of requested changes and track their status
• Ensure that the changes comply with the configuration management and change management standards and procedures
• Evaluate configuration management tools that meet the organisation's needs (eg. configuration database)
• Liaise with key stakeholders regarding the changes and negotiate downtime for planned changes
• Work with Release Manager in coordinating the change schedule
• Review all implemented changes to ensure that they have met the objectives

Qualification / Requirements

• Strong working knowledge of Active Directory Design and Group Policy Administration
• 3 years Systems and Endpoint experience in various vendors HPE, IBM, Dell, Cisco, etc
• Hand-on experience with various OS (Microsoft Windows, AIX, Solaris, Redhat) and virtualised platforms (VMware ESXi, Microsoft Hyper-V, KVM, AIX LPAR, Solaris LDOM and Container)
• Good knowledge of client tools and utilities, including backup and archival solution.
• Good knowledge in virtualization and cloud (IaaS) technology
• Familiar with Software Management, Software Packaging and OS Imaging Tool such as SCCM or equivalent
• Familiar with scripting using Visual Studio or Powershell or equivalent.
• End Point User Analytic Tool or equivalent
