Primary responsibility is to perform the administration and maintenance of packages. Responsible for the installation, configuration, deployment, fixpack / patching, administration, upgrade, daily operations support for following technologies.

 

Responsibilities:

  • OpenText AppWorks platform, iHub, OTDS
  • CISCO IVR technologies like CUCM, Rogger, CPG, ECE, Verint, tetherfi, Unicampign etc.
  • Learn other technologies and support the packages which includes AEM, Tibco, FileNet, RPA, SAS, Azure DevOps, SharePoint, IBM Datapower/ IBM API Connect / Developer Portal, IBM Security products.
  • Install, set-up, upgrade, administer & maintain packages such as Opentext products, Adobe Experience Manager, Tibco, FileNet, RPA, SAS, Azure DevOps, SharePoint, IBM Datapower/ IBM API Connect / Developer Portal, IBM Security products in pre-prod and production environments.
  • Installation, configuration, integration, backup and troubleshooting for the packages.
  • Monitor, fine-tune, troubleshoot and resolve package related issues.
  • Track the security vulnerabilities released by the product vendors closely and apply the patches or hotfixes for the packages following the patch management process.
  • Track and review the software lifecycle for the packages and upgrade to supported version if any software reaching end of support.  
  • Work with vendors on products defects and implement workarounds/solutions provided
  • 24/7 operational support for supporting packages.
  • Integration to provision to other packages (SharePoint, Tectia, Active Directory, IIS) and security products (SIEM, BlueCoat, NIPs, Tripwire, Splunk). 
  • Interface with client stakeholders (Security, Infrastructure, Architecture & Application teams)

 

Requirements:

  • Package administration and operation support using OpenText AppWorks, iHub, Cisco IVR products.
  • Ability to learn other middleware technologies such as IBM Security products, AEM, Tibco, FileNet, RPA, SAS, Azure DevOps, SharePoint, IBM Datapower/ IBM API Connect / Developer Portal.
  • Experience in technical application support using Kubernetes, IIS, Apache Tomcat, Weblogic, .Net Framework, Java, Jscript, PowerShell, C# etc.
  • Strong understanding of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Experience in handling security compliance and audits.
  • Ability to provide 24x7 support, including weekends and public holidays.
