What we seek to accomplish together:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather operational requirements and translate them into effective BMC Remedy & BMC Helix solutions.
• Advise on tools technology adoption based on business & technical consideration. Propose integration strategies, according to best practices, for the various technology components to achieve a holistic solution.
• Design, develop, configure, test, implement, support and maintain BMC Remedy & BMC Helix solutions.
• Able to undertake the day-to-day support and maintenance of BMC Remedy & BMC Helix ITSM systems such as incident support, troubleshooting, administration, system audits, performance tuning, BMC Remedy & BMC Helix application upgrades and patching activities.
• Collaborate with IT teams and stakeholders to integrate BMC Remedy & BMC Helix with other systems and tools.
• Lead in POC/POV, product evaluation and tech refresh activities.

A little about you:

• Must have ITIL, BMC Remedy & BMC Helix certifications
• Five (5) or more years of experience as a Remedy Technical Consultant, with hands-on experience in ground up implementations with BMC Remedy & BMC Helix modules & portal
• Good People management skill.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Initiative with positive working attitudes and customer services oriented.
• Independent and goal-oriented
