The TV Engineering & Operations teams is looking for an OSS/BSS Integration Senior Specialist to lead the end-to-end integration of the OTT platform with enterprise OSS/BSS systems, ensuring seamless interoperability between customer management, service provisioning, content management, billing, device management, and cloud-based streaming platforms.

The role serves as the technical lead for cross-domain solution integration, working closely with Product Development, IT, Network Engineering, and external technology partners to translate business requirements into scalable and operationally efficient solutions.

This role plays a key part in modernizing Singtel's OTT services by integrating cloud-native platforms with existing enterprise systems, supporting strategic initiatives such as the Operator Tier OTT Set Top Box, service provisioning transformation, and future digital TV services. The position requires strong expertise in OSS/BSS integration, IPTV/OTT architectures, cloud technologies, and technical program governance.

Make an Impact by

• Lead delivery of strategic OTT platform initiatives from requirements through production deployment.
• Coordinate technical activities across internal teams, IT, Product Development, and external vendors.
• Manage project schedules, risks, dependencies, and technical milestones
• Drive technical governance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead BSS integration across OTT platform, cloud service and OTT client.
• Work closely with engineering teams on OTT solution architecture, integration design and service resiliency.
• Manage change implementation and rollback planning.

Skills for Success

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or its equivalent
• At least 8 years’ experience in IPTV, OTT or digital video platforms
• Strong understanding of OTT architecture and streaming workflows.
• Experience managing multi-vendor technical projects
• Experience delivering cloud-based platforms
• Strong systems integration background
• Experience coordinating frontend, backend and infrastructure teams
