<span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">We are seeking a data-driven & technology-savvy marketer to focus on driving business growth via demand and lead generation.  The successful candidate will be part of the Digital Marketing Team..

 

<span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Marketing Automation

  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Design workflow processes and systems across the marketing and sales funnel; uncover opportunities to optimize conversion points at every touchpoints.
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Create/Modify lead scoring rules to grade between hot, warm and cold leads.
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Manage lead management process and strong partnership with field marketers to handoff leads to Sales
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Manage, improve and optimise the marketing automation platform alongside with agency partner so as to support business needs
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Manage integration of marketing automation platform with Salesforce.com (key project)
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Oversee database management—segmentation, list acquisition/import, data cleansing, web form capture, lead management, etc.

<span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Campaign Management

  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Understand the Growth Funnel (Acquisition, Activation, Retention, Referral, Revenue) and support the execution of relevant campaigns
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Brief and manage the work with internal and external execution teams to build out and execute the tactics including but not limited to paid and social media, SEO, nurture campaigns and landing pages.
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Set up of campaign workflow and emails in marketing automation platform
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Run multiple A/B testing campaigns to drive traffic to website, landing pages, social media etc
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Translate data & users’ feedback into actionable insights to improve campaign results
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Timely distribution and tracking of leads
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Keep pace with digital marketing landscape changes & technology eg Bombora and Demandbase for recommendation to the Martech stack

 

The successful candidate should possess:

  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Bachelor’s degree in marketing or communication
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">6 years of experience of managing B2B campaigns for complex IT products
  • Mastery in digital channel and tactics eg SEO, programmatic, social media, email marketing, marketing automation, digital marketing analytics tools like Google Analytics and Tableau
  • Expert knowledge in using Adobe Campaign marketing automation & SalesForce
  • Account-based marketing a plus
  • Regional knowledge and management a plus for eg knowledge of China’s digital landscape eg Wechat, Baidu
  • Exceptional project management and communications skills are essential.
  • Proficient knowledge of HTML/CSS
  • Excellent writing and strong creatives
