Software Engineer, Infrastructure Architecture & Services Management

Responsibilities:

• Collaborating with product managers and engineering/development team to design/develop and deliver Cloud product roadmap
• Delivering projects using Agile methodology conforming to a level of ITIL and following Service Management principles
• Designing, documenting and implementing product offerings and customer solutions
• Working closely with operations and delivery teams to ensure smooth transition in operations for ongoing BAU management, delivering quality products and meeting SLAs, and initial run of new product offerings until they are transitioned into operations
• Defining Integration Service Management and processes
• Working in a team and independently delivering assigned deliverables

The ideal candidate should possess:

• Qualification in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) or related discipline
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and written skills
• A technical mindset with great attention to detail
