About the role

The Workforce Coordinator is the point of contact between O-Team Managers, field staff, field partners and our customers providing supporting through scheduling of installation work

Reporting directly to the O-Team Workforce Operations Team Leader, the Workforce Operations Coordinator role is focused on the management of our workload to ensure we maximise the output of our field resources!

About you

  • Confirmed experience in a similar role and/ or customer service or call centre related disciplines
  • Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, customers, and key collaborators
  • Ability to learn processes and understand field workforce management systems
  • Possess a self-motivated and flexible approach to work having to undertake a rotating roster with the occasional Saturday shift.
