The primary objective of this role is to ensure that Singtel’s M365 environment is highly available, scalable, and efficient in meeting the business needs...

Make an Impact by:

• Direct oversight and management of project deliverables
• Manage all  M365 services within the Workplace transformation landscape
• Work closely with assigned IT Workplace and/or Infrastructure Design & Build team to translate design into solution that works in the relevant environment.

Skills for Success:

• IT professional with more than 10 years of experience in a competitive IT environment with at least 7 years in IT Workplace domains serving more than 10000 end-users
• Proven experience in project delivery that span multiple countries and security domains.
• Must have extensive Office 365 Product Suite experience in highly security driven environment, especially Exchange Online (Hybrid), Teams, Sharepoint, End User data management.
• Must have strong knowledge on Exchange Hybrid management and EOP
• Strong knowledge on Azure Active Directory, ADFS and on-prem Active Directory/Server 2012R2/2016, Group Policy management
• Good working knowledge on EWS, OAuth, HMA and GraphAPI
• Good working knowledge on SPF, DKIM and DMARC
• Good working knowledge on Microsoft Windows 10/11 Desktop administration, Windows Autopilot, Mac management, and Print technologies.
• Good working knowledge on MECM, SCCM (CB1910-2103) and JAMF, Software packaging and deployment methodologies
• Good working knowledge on AIP, DLP, BitLocker, MS Defender, Security, Encryption and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
