As a System Specialist, the broad area of your job responsibilities will cover the following:
- Perform troubleshooting for client platform related problems and prompt response to users request.
- Provide first level support to troubleshoot and solve technical problems
- Accurate assessment and provide rectification of problems
- Respond promptly to incident, investigate & provide temporary &/or permanent resolution of incidents escalated. Provide timely status updates to relevant parties.
- Escalation of problems to second level as per work instructions
- Continuous improvements from feedbacks and reviews
Ideal candidate should possess the following:
- Diploma/ Degree in Information Technology, Electrical / Electronic, Information Systems or equivalent discipline
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in helpdesk operations
- Good knowledge and working experience in desktop support skills in Microsoft Operating Systems, Microsoft Office, Outlook
- Customer service orientated and proactive in providing solutions
