As a System Specialist, the broad area of your job responsibilities will cover the following: 

  • Perform troubleshooting for client platform related problems and prompt response to users request.
  • Provide first level support to troubleshoot and solve technical problems
  • Accurate assessment and provide rectification of problems
  • Respond promptly to incident, investigate & provide temporary &/or permanent resolution of incidents escalated. Provide timely status updates to relevant parties.
  • Escalation of problems to second level as per work instructions
  • Continuous improvements from feedbacks and reviews

Ideal candidate should possess the following:

  • Diploma/ Degree in Information Technology, Electrical / Electronic, Information Systems or equivalent discipline
  • Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in helpdesk operations
  • Good knowledge and working experience in desktop support skills in Microsoft Operating Systems, Microsoft Office, Outlook
  • Customer service orientated and proactive in providing solutions
