Ops Support Executive, EUC & Service Desk

As a Ops Support Executive, EUC & Service Desk, the broad area of your job responsibilities will cover the following:

  • Perform troubleshooting for client platform related problems
  • Respond promptly to incident, investigate & provide temporary &/or permanent resolution of incidents escalated. Provide timely status updates to relevant parties.
  • Perform service request related to client platforms.
  • Monitor the agreed service level, document & maintain the configuration of the systems; provide regular reporting to relevant parties.
  • Involve in client platform implementation/upgrade project.


Ideal candidate should possess the following:

  • Diploma in IT equivalent discipline
  • Having 1 - 3 Years hands-on experience in End User Support
  • Proficient in as Microsoft Window, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Outlook
  • Responsible for the construction, testing, installation, operating & facility management of client platforms to meet agreed business needs
  • Experience in Managing, implementation and documentation control
  • Ensuring seamless desktop operations processes
