We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our Strategy & Business Planning team. As the Dy CEO Strategy and Engagement Intern, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Dy CEO’s communication strategy and engagement initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in executive communications, event planning, and stakeholder engagement.
Make an Impact by:
- Content Development:
- Assist in drafting, editing, and proofreading speeches, emails, newsletters, presentation decks and other communication materials for the CEO.
- Develop content for social media platforms and internal communication channels.
- Research and Analysis:
- Conduct research on industry trends, market developments, and relevant topics to support the CEO’s messaging.
- Analyze communication metrics and prepare reports to measure the effectiveness of engagement strategies.
- Event Coordination:
- Support the planning and execution of internal and external events involving the Dy CEO, including townhalls and stakeholder meetings.
- Coordinate logistics, prepare materials, and manage event schedules.
- Stakeholder Engagement:
- Assist in managing relationships with key stakeholders, including employees, media and partners.
- Business Reporting:
- Assist in generation of weekly reporting materials for the Consumer and Business Segment business
Skills for Success:
- Currently pursuing a Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or a related field.
- Able to commit to a 6-months full-time internship (internship availability to be stated in CV)
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of professionalism and discretion in handling confidential information.
- Prior experience in communications, event planning, or related areas is a plus but not necessary.
