Reporting to the Associate Director, Corporate Systems, the SAP SuccessFactors Architect (1 year direct contract) works in the Corporate Systems team within Group IT. The Corporate Systems group is part of the centralized application support and delivery facility in Singtel Group.




  • With vision and hands on experience formalizing, standardizing, governing and evolving the architecture design, standards, and processes in our HR systems with the objective to deliver best practice, relevant, timely, reliable, and cost-effective solutions
  • Assisting in overseeing a balanced IT project portfolio that meets business objectives and align the strategic plans of both IT and the business
  • Providing consultation to business to mature business ideas, or provide expert recommendations to stimulate business needs
  • Be the strategic interface and global single point of contact between IT and Business stakeholders
  • With strong consulting skills and industry experience to work with the stakeholders to understand business requirement and recommend industry best practice solutions
  • Managing expectations of senior stakeholders and maintaining a healthy and consistent pipeline of project and changes
  • Participating in regular meetings with stakeholders to build up trust, increase collaboration, and IT presence in the eyes of the stakeholders
  • Delivering projects with clearly defined and measurable benefits to the business on time, in scope and within budget
  • Ensuring governance and adherence to project delivery standards
  • Working closely with outsource IT provider to ensure delivery of services, solutions and resolution of incidents, problems, etc within the agreed timelines
  • Ensuring all SLAs are met
  • Ensuring issues and changes in HR Systems are addressed within expected SLAs
  • Continuous improvements to the systems and processes through proactive review and optimization initiatives with the business
  • Recommending and implementing major improvements that have significant benefit to IT or the business
  • Ensuring timeliness closure of incident tickets



The ideal candidate should possess


  • Bachelor or higher degree in Computer Science or IT with 5+ years of relevant IT experience in Project Management.
  • SAP SuccessFactors Certification
  • SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) Certification
  • At least 3 years of experience in SuccessFactors full lifecycle implementations and SAP Cloud Platform Integration
  • HCM cloud applications in SuccessFactors 
  • Strong Knowledge of SuccessFactors Admin Tool, Business Execution (BizX) Talent Modules, Employee Central, Succession, Learning Management, Performance and Goal Management, Compensation, etc
  • At least 4 years of HR business process design and development
  • Experience in implementing HCM cloud applications in SuccessFactors 
  • Understanding of Employee Life Cycle Management process in Global organizations
  • Translate Business requirements into System Configuration Objects and create Solution Design for SuccessFactors Employee Management Solution in compliance with the Best Practices
  • Must have hands on experience in creating inbound and outbound integration in Success factors using SAP Cloud Platform Integration and Point to Point
  • System configuration in accordance with Solution Design & Configuration Workbook / Business Blueprint
  • Knowledge of MDF, foundation objects, associations , Business rules and workflows
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, ability to handle diverse situations, multiple projects and rapidly changing priorities
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, in dealing with staff and various multi-discipline groups and teams
  • Strong analytical skills and good problem-solving skills.
  • Possess practical project experience in development and deliver effective solution development capabilities.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Demonstrate a willingness to take ownership of solutions
