Key Responsibilities:

  • Activity planning and tracking (e.g. user requirement, testing, deployment, migration)
  • Ensure requirements meet stakeholder requirements and objectives (e.g. validate design specifications, identify and document the gaps, track and follow up with vendors/stakeholders on the outstanding)
  • Validate business case justification (e.g. collate and analyse data, organise the results and develop the report/presentation)
  • Participate in UAT activities (e.g. execute testing, track and report progress, track and follow up with IT/vendor on outstanding activities)
  • Work with Deployment Lead in preparing system and users in the transition to the new system, including pre/post-production
    1. Facilitate the training and briefing, including communication of information
    2. Provide support to users and trainers
    3. Develop communication/information decks, ensure users/stakeholders are adequately informed
    4. Participate in data migration such as validate UI, data format and quality
    5. Track system post deployment performance including reporting defects and resolution time


Skills and Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in preferably Business discipline

  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

  • Ability to multi-task in a fast pace project
  • Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Independent, flexible and organised
  • Proficiency in Microsoft suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
