Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope including manages project budget (CAPEX), conducts periodic project reviews, monitors receivables.
  • Drive and plan the development of the system infrastructure.
  • Problem Manage for Operations team in investigating and resolving system/customer related incidents
  • Identify resources needed and working with individual responsibilities to execute the project plan.
  • Drive the Method of procedure along with POC for any new change or new implementation for system infrastructure
  • Planning the roadmap for operating system and provide technical advice for IPNE
  • Assess and Apply new patches to address vulnerabilities affecting system infrastructure.
  • Advice the Security team to develop and maintain the System related Policy and Guidelines
  • Gathers and evaluates the requirements from the various functional entities and formulates the technical specifications and solution.
  • Performs technical and financial feasibility study on new emerging technologies or potential new services.
  • Hardware life cycle planning and budgeting.
  • Effectively applies methodology, enforces project standards and minimizes exposure and risk on project.
  • Leading in preparation of tender specifications and evaluation or supporting tender.
  • Engaging in commercial and technical negotiation with vendors
  • Maintaining system documentation.


The Ideal candidate should possess:

  • Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or Engineering.
  • Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in in ISP Grade Infrastructure like DHCP, DNS, Web Proxy, Storage Services and project management skills.
  • Candidate must also be innovative, customer-focused and possess strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Candidates possessing RHEL Certifications would be an added advantage.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
