Summary:

  • To strategise, drive and deliver IT projects so as to improve productivity of Sales staff and increase SingTel’s revenue share
  • To ensure system stability at retail shops for daily operations

 

Responsibilities:

  • Project Management
    • To work with business users, internal IS staff and external vendor to assess, design, implement, and support technologies to support the SingTel Retail Shops.
    • Lead project and work with multiple stakeholders for new system implementation or system enhancement and ensure projects are completed within timeline and budget.
    • Work with business users and system owners/vendors to develop and implement acceptance tests plans and ensure systems meets user’s requirements and expectations.

 

  • System Management
    • Person in-charged to work with system owners/vendors to resolve system issue/failure
    • Regularly review existing Retail systems, infrastructure and capacity to ensure they are aligned with business changes
    • Regularly review workflow and recommend for improvements

 

  • Others
    • Manage a team of 1-2 junior executive with regular performance review and bi-yearly performance appraisal

 

Requirements:

  • Min. IT Degree with at least 2 years of relevant experience supporting Retail systems
  • Good team management experience
  • MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint
  • J2EE, websphere, SQL, HTML, javascript, Cascading Style Sheet, Human Computer Interface
  • Good communication skills in both written and verbal communication
  • Independent - able to work with minimum supervision
  • Analytical & meticulous
  • Good team player with leadership quality
  • Customer-oriented and able to work and interact with people of all levels
