We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Systems Engineer (Network) 

What we seek to accomplish together: 

• Experience in project implementation and operations are aligned to client technology standards and policies.
• Provide L2 maintenance support to Systems/Projects/Applications
• Ensure SLA level is achieved for single fault cases
• Perform weekend or after office hours duty though not on standby if required
• Setup, testing, implementation and maintenance of technologies on multiple cloud environments (AWS, Azure)
• Setup, testing and integration of CI/CD tools
• Development of solutions to meet project requirements
• Working in an agile, cross-functional team, actively engaging to support the success of the team
• Solving complex technical problems individually and as a team
• Review and improve work processes based on best practices in industry, specific to service support operations for client Systems/Application
• Documentation of new processes
• Support the IT infrastructure and services implemented to meet prescribed service levels by the client
• Ensure that project implementation and operations are aligned to client technology standards and policies.

A little about you

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 1-2 years experience as a Network Engineer or in a similar role.
• Knowledge of networking protocols, technologies, and equipment (e.g., TCP/IP, LAN, WAN, routers, switches, firewalls).
• Familiarity with network monitoring and management tools.
• Experience with network troubleshooting, performance optimization, and security protocols.
• Certifications such as CCNA, VMware or equivalent are highly desirable.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Flexibility to work outside regular business hours for network maintenance or incident resolution.

Good to have:

• Possess current hands-on working experience with technologies involving CI/CD development (scripting such as Python, Ansible, JavaScript)
• Experience in setting up, utilisation and optimisation of CI/CD pipelines, scripting and automated testing
• Experience in orchestration tools such as Ansible and Terraform to manage the cloud environment
• Experience in building cloud native applications eg. using Python, Node.js
• In-depth knowledge of networking on the cloud
• Technical qualifications related to Cloud (AWS/Azure/VMware)
• General knowledge of IT Security aspects
