We’re searching for a System Engineer (Networking) to be part of our diverse team of talent here at NCS!

What we seek to accomplish together:

•    Perform basic administration and check to ensure system is running as expected in terms of performance and security. 

•    Generation of Monthly Reports

•    Serve as the Technical Support expert and capable of handling escalations, incidents, outages and infrastructure challenges.

•    Develop & maintain technical and configurations documentation

•    Evaluate and upgrade firewall hardware and/or firmware

•    Support Level 1 Engineers during problem determination and resolution whenever necessary.

•    Maintains standard operating procedures (SOP), processes and guidelines.

A little about you:

•    Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Engineering / Information Technology or the related field.

•    At-least 1 years working experience in IT Support, Network, Systems, Cyber Security type function.

•    Able On-board new cyber devices to SolarWinds

•    Familar with upgrading/installing firewalls and network devices

•    Strong knowledge on firewall and network infrastructure topology

•    Checkpoint Firewalls, PaloAlto Firewalls, Fortinet Firewall, VPN Technologies, DNS, NTP, 2 Factor Authentication technologies.

•    Ability to work independently or as a team player.
