Make an Impact by

  • Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring clear communication and minimal scheduling conflicts.
  • Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the HR team, including maintaining recruitment records and preparing reports.
  • Candidate Communication and Experience: Proactive and constant candidate communication and engagement with speed and efficiency while delivering a first-class candidate experience.
  • Stakeholder Management: Being proactive and committed to building and maintaining strong relationships with the hiring teams to instil trust and confidence and ensure a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.

 

Skills for Success

  • EducationA diploma or degree in any discipline is preferred including Human Resources, Business Administration, or related areas. However, relevant certifications or professional development courses in recruitment, HR, or administrative support can be considered in lieu of formal education.
  • Experience: Some experience in HR or recruitment, even if it’s through internships or part-time roles, is usually beneficial but not mandatory. Demonstrated skills and competencies can also be considered.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Knowledge and Learning: Learning agility to understand and use latest technology trends and developments in the digital working world, with a strong focus on AI-driven recruitment transformation tools.
