At Singtel, we are scaling up our teams for success and we now have exciting opportunities for talents to join our Talent Acquisition (TA) team. We are looking for a creative, meticulous and persistent team player to join us, helping the team in strategizing different ways in sourcing and building talent pipelines. 

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and execute strategies to deliver promising passive candidates and qualified diverse pipelines
  • Network and establish strong relationships with potential candidates
  • Partner with TA team to find, attract and introduce the best candidates
  • Collaborate with TA team and Hiring Managers to assess talent markets in a rigorous and data-driven way
  • Utilise technology and provide recruiting trends and talent landscape data to TA team and Hiring Managers for better hiring decision
  • Manage sourcing projects from conception to execution
  • Proactively research and experiment new technology tools to drive improvements for candidate identification and engagement
  • Stay on schedule and manage priorities

 

The ideal candidate should be/have:

  • More than 3 years of sourcing experience in a search firm or in-house environment, and possessing a iHRP certification is a plus
  • Experience in identifying and engaging talent globally
  • Ability to balance thorough research with a creative approach to problem solving
  • Critical thinker, analytical, and strong organizational skills
  • Excellent collaboration and project management skills
