The Lead Consultant is a senior role and will play a multitude of roles. The key role would be to manage, solution, deliver and oversee projects. A secondly role would be to assist in the meeting and complying to the Salesforce partnership. This would include helping in the building of the NCS Salesforce practice. He/she will be responsible for programme management as well as quality assurance of the Salesforce solution design and delivery. He/she is also expected to assist in defining delivery methodology, delivery standards and best practices as well as helping to manage and mentor the Salesforce consultants. On a broader level, he/she is also expected to perform the role of a consultant to customers to build solution roadmaps that will help build a predictable pipeline for the Salesforce practice.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Create, design and lead the development of CRMs and solutions on the Salesforce platform including application integration and data migration, Sales, Service and Platform Cloud.
  • Design and implement software components and having a very strong Service Oriented Architecture and integration background
  • Lead the development of business requirements, specifications, process flows, application design, application configuration, testing and deployment
  • Contribute the growth of the Salesforce practice through though-leadership, development of solution accelerators, reusable assets
  • Works directly with clients to lead projects, facilitates business process analysis sessions, develop and deliver key components of Salesforce solution
  • Deliver presentations to internal and external stakeholders on Salesforce capabilities and integration with other applications
  • Develop delivery standards and best practice methodology and approach
  • Provide mentoring and guidance to other team members
     

Requirement

  • B.S. degree in Computer Science, Business or equivalent years of professional experience in a relevant field. 
  • Experience in Salesforce CRM with end to end implementation experience
  • Min 4-6 years in Salesforce implementations and completed at > 15 Salesforce projects
  • Delivery or advisor of a complex Salesforce project with at least(ideally) 500 users, multiple departments/business units and across multiple countries
  • Good understanding of system and data integration architecture and a strong understanding of relational databases (MySQL, SQL Server, Oracle, etc.)
  • Experience and understanding of software development methodologies, e.g. Agile, Waterfall
  • Certified in at least Sales and Service Cloud. Candidates with more Salesforce certifications, especially in PSS will be looked on flavourably.
