Make an Impact by:

• Lead the design and architecture of wireless networks, including Wi-Fi, cellular, IoT, and other emerging technologies.
• Develop comprehensive wireless network designs, considering factors such as coverage, capacity, security, and scalability.
• Conduct detailed technical assessments and feasibility studies to evaluate the suitability of wireless solutions for specific use cases.
• Define system requirements, specifications, and architecture diagrams to guide implementation and deployment efforts.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to project teams throughout the entire lifecycle of wireless projects.
• Collaborate with vendors and partners to evaluate and select appropriate wireless hardware, software, and technologies.
• Stay informed about industry trends, standards, and best practices in wireless networking and incorporate them into design decisions.
• Participate in customer meetings and presentations to communicate technical solutions and gather requirements.
• Contribute to the development of technical documentation, including design documents, configuration guides, and implementation plans.

Skills for Success:

• Degree or equivalent.
• More than 8 years of experience in wireless network design and architecture, with a focus on large-scale deployments.
• Proven expertise in designing complex wireless solutions, including WLANs, cellular networks, and outdoor wireless deployments.
• Deep understanding of wireless networking protocols and standards, such as Wi-Fi (802.11), LTE, 5G, and Bluetooth.
• Strong knowledge of RF principles, antenna theory, and propagation modeling.
• Proficiency in network design tools and software (e.g., Ekahau, AirMagnet, Cisco Prime).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CWNE, CCIE Wireless) are highly desirable.
• Good presentation skills.
• Team leading/Supervisory skill.
