Overview

As a Test Manager, you must be able to deliver testing services for project/application with a team of test specialists. Be capable of planning testing strategy, preparing and reviewing test documentation, scheduling testing activities and allocating work to junior staff, develop team members through guidance, mentoring and coaching. The Test Manager will require excellent communication skills and be able to liaise with clients and project team managers at various levels.

What we seek to accomplish together:

• Project testing leadership and management.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive testing strategy.
• Lead the testing team, motivating and mentoring team members.
• Provides effort and time estimates for testing activities and identify manage testing dependencies.
• Directs and works along with team to build optimized test scenarios, develop models and test cases.
• Develop comprehensive test plan for all the project testing cycles.
• Lead execution of test cases and management of defect cycle.
• Collaborate closely with the client to ensure alignment and address their testing requirements.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders through periodic test reports and presentations, highlighting testing milestones, progress, and potential risks.
• Proven experience using Test Management tools like JIRA
• Proven experience of Performance Test management of complex hybrid IT Landscape.
• Proven experience managing Hybrid teams based onsite as well as Offshore.

 
A little about you:

• Minimum 7 years of experience leading project testing for custom or package implementations.
• Proven expertise in test planning and management.
• Solid knowledge of testing methods, processes and tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage project testing effectively under pressure and within tight deadlines.
• Experience working in a fast-paced and agile environment
• Possess excellent verbal, written and presentation skills;
• Self-driven, detail-orientation
• Ability to work collaboratively and productively with globally dispersed teams
• Ability to manage ambiguity, yet producing tangible results
• Ability to effectively manage challenging situations without loss of focus when under pressure
• Having interdisciplinary background and industry knowledge to work with a diverse range of companies
