  1. Sales Enablement
  • Grow virtual roadshows and activities to increase sales beyond retail shops
  • Formulate traffic driver initiatives and activities for online and offline platforms
  • Develop account engagement plan with activities and post-mortem analysis


  1. Digital Marketplace
  • Expand presence in online marketplace as a new channel for exclusive retailers
  • Strategise with exclusive retailers to expand reach and increase follower base
  • Grow post-paid digital presence through new communication channels and differentiated offerings


  1. Retail Hygiene & Visual merchandising
  • Conduct regular store audit checks and ensure compliance to planogram and branding guidelines
  • Deploy and manage demo handsets in stores to enhance customer experience
  • Administer proper tracking and documentation of assets in stores
  • Provide end to end support for VM related issues with vendors and exclusive retailers




  1. Degree in any discipline from a recognised university, with at 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in ecommerce and digital marketing
  2. Responsible, meticulous and independent team player
  3. Good interpersonal and communications skill to engage with internal and external stakeholders
  4. Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment
  5. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Powerpoint.
