UI/UX Consultant

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product management and project team to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals and experience
• Conceptualize creative ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex design roadblocks
• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows and process flows to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas
• Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices and standards.
• Design and implement responsive and accessible user interfaces
• Develop interactive elements and animations to enhance user engagement.
• Ensure a consistent and cohesive user experience across all platforms.
• Plan and conduct usability testing sessions to gather insights and validate design decisions.
• Iterate on designs based on user feedback and testing results.
• .Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• Preferably at least 6 years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant work.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) for effective collaboration with developers.
• Good demonstrated UI design skills.
• Experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows and process flows.
• Proficient in visual and illustrative tools (e.g. Photoshop, Illustrator or other visual design and wire-framing tools).
• Visual Design skills with good understanding and relation to user-system interaction.
• Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.
• Experience with creating assets for Unity will be an advantage.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and usability best practices.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
