We are looking for a talented senior manager who has significant experience delivering digitally transformed experiences. Specifically, they will have a passion for driving customer-centric thinking and are seasoned practitioners in designing User Experience (UX) across channels and touchpoints. They are comfortable engaging stakeholders at all levels – across business and technology - and being change champions.


Key Responsibilities

  • Drive and build a customer-centric culture by facilitating the reimagining of future-state designs for top priority customer journeys, and catalysing human-centred and UX-led approaches and ways of working across the Singtel Group. 
  • Lead experience design workshops – e.g., user research, customer journey mapping, service blueprinting - to drive towards desired digitalisation outcomes.
  • Contribute to the development of strategic and innovative solutions to overcome blockers, scale UX-led ways of working, and move Singtel towards a truly customer-centric approach.
  • Partner closely with multiple business stakeholders to translate strategy into actionable plans whilst balancing strategy, financial performance, people & talent, governance, and stakeholder management.
  • Review, track and assess progress of deliverables against plan through performance metrics reporting and analysis whilst ensuring effective utilisation of budgets.
  • Coordinate with strategic planning contacts across the Group Business Units to contribute to a holistic strategic planning process.


The ideal candidate should possess:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a design-related discipline
  • 8 years of work experience, preferably in Consulting or in Digital Transformation leadership.
  • Experience with driving and applying human-centred design / UX design techniques - such as user research, persona creation, customer journey mapping, etc. - while working collaboratively with cross-functional teams including engineering and product management.
  • Experience with modern ways of working (e.g., agile, design thinking) and delivery practices.  
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with ability to create clear, compelling verbal and visual communications tailored to different levels.
  • Resourceful self-starter with the ability to work in a fast-moving environment, be comfortable with change, and self-manage initiatives.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with critical thinking, problem solving, and project management skills.
