The UX Writer creates and governs the content and tone of the experiences on Singtel’s digital properties. This role will work with Experience Designers, Producers and Research Managers to continually evolve and improve the words we use to drive impact on CE, NPS, operation cost and digital penetration.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Design Experience team and different stakeholders to create experiences that drives impact to engagement and customer experience.
  • Work in AGILE or Initiative-lead way of working.
  • Experiment with A/B or multi-variant testing to understand how to drive effectiveness of experiences, and reduce confusion and leakage in journeys
  • Use and analyse data to inform design solutions.
  • Produce and govern copy against Singtel’s Design Language System, Copy Guidelines & principles
  • Create discussion guides and collaborate with research team for copy studies
  • Checks quality of final copy in UAT, BRT and Production environments.
  • Translate marketing communications into experience communications
  • Evolve the Copy Guidelines based on learnings

 

Requirements

  • Diploma/degree in Journalism, English, digital media and communications or relevant professional work experience
  • 5-7 years of relevant digital UX copy writing experience (agency/in-house)
  • Experienced in Copywriting, Content strategy, Information architecture
  • Great command of English
  • Your portfolio will be an important consideration – It is mandatory for you to share your UX portfolio as part of the application. It should include examples of user interface copy, microcopy, user education, direct or transactional emails, style guides, product launch content, or components of the end-to-end user experience.
