UX/UI Designer (NEXT Solutions)

As an UI/UX consultant, you will work towards designing & evaluating UI/UX programs / researching the effectiveness of UI/UX. You will also be responsible for Conducting primary research, exploring the behaviors and motivations of users, and working with teams to seed the development of new features




  • Determines best UX/UI solutions based on customer feedback and business goals and helps to determine overall direction, identifying challenges and adapting as needed based on the context of the solution and customer
  • Constantly measure how designs are performing for target customers. Iterate and improve those experiences as needed. Influences team roadmaps to include experience improvements when the design or product is not performing or needs improvement
  • Collaborate closely with other UI/UX Designers, Product Managers and Developers
  • Analyzing and solving design problems with the user in mind
  • Create, improve and use wire frames, prototypes, style guides, user flows, and effectively communicate your ideas using any of these methods
  • Present and defend your design decisions in front of the team
  • Produce final production visuals that will be implemented into the product
  • Responsible for maintaining a cohesive style guide
  • Ensuring that a consistent design language is applied across all the digital products
  • Deliver improvements and high-quality solutions based on the given Data
  • Responsibility for research and Data driven KPI´s
  • Create prototypes that demonstrate the intended end-user experience and key interactions
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Technology leaders to ensure successful development, release, and launch of world class product



The Ideal Candidate Should Possess:


  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 2+ years of UX/UI experience
  • UX and UI work such as: creating wireframes, visual interfaces and prototypes annotating the wireframes
  • Lead client interactions related to design thinking workshops
  • Understand Customer Experience, Customer journey and requirements to create visualizations that create Business growth
  • Supporting a Senior Designer on UX and UI production tasks Program Delivery Management and client coordination skills
  • Incorporating the feedback, and working very closely with developers and testers on a day-to-day basis
  • Good knowledge on Wireframing, User Experience (UX), User Interface Design, InVision, Web Design, Prototyping, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD)
  • Experience in workflow platforms like Slack, JIRA, Workfront
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, facilitation and presentation skills
  • Ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of stakeholders (senior executives, operations, customer service & partners)

  • Ability to quickly learn newer technologies, platforms and tool
