As a Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) Officer, responsible for implementing and maintaining the organisation's WSH procedures to promote a safe work environment. 

What will you do? 

• Provide guidance and advisories i.e. projects WSH management, project tender WSH requirements, site WSH customer requirements etc.
• Administer WSH for projects and operations.
• Provide WSH support for new tenders.
• Set policies, standards and guidelines.
• Develop and lead project safety implementation plans.
• Organize and conduct WSH meetings to support the business unit’s requirements.
• Conduct investigation to workplace accident/incident, non-conformity or non-compliance

The ideal candidate should possess: 

• Ministry of Manpower (MOM) registered Safety Officer
• BizSafe Level 2 Certified
• Ability to work outdoors to conduct inspections and safety checks 
• He/She must possess a level of physical fitness appropriate to the job requirements
• Keen observation and intimate knowledge of WSH requirements to enforce safety compliance at the workplace
