About the Role
Join Singtel Group’s Rewards & Well-being team (part of Group People & Sustainability) and help shape how employees stay healthy, supported, and engaged at work. You’ll work on real well-being programs, benefits, communications, and events that make a genuine difference to people’s lives.
What You’ll Learn & Do
- Explore how employee well-being works at scale—from mental and physical health to inclusion, growth, financial well-being, and purpose.
- Review and suggest improvements to well-being and benefits programs using data, employee feedback, and research.
- Create engaging content (emails, intranet posts, newsletters) that gets people excited about well-being initiatives.
- Support and run events not limited to Wellness Roadshows, World Mental Health Day activations and etc.
- Track participation and engagement metrics to see what works—and how to do it better.
- Collaborate with teams across the business and build strong communication and presentation skills.
What You’ll Be Working On
- Reviewing well-being programs, benefits, and policies to spot gaps and opportunities.
- Analysing survey feedback and turning insights into clear recommendations.
- Researching best practices and trends in employee well-being and engagement.
- Supporting internal communications and improving well-being content on the intranet.
- Helping with event planning, logistics, and award submissions.
What We’re Looking For
- Currently pursuing a Degree or Diploma (Communications, HR, Psychology, Business, or related fields).
- Strong communicator who enjoys creating content for different audiences.
- Curious, proactive, and comfortable juggling multiple projects.
- A team player who’s open to feedback and keen to learn.
- Interested in people, culture, and making workplaces healthier and more inclusive.
