What You’ll Do

Define and lead Optus' Future Fit Capability strategy, driving organisation-wide learning initiatives focused on AI fluency, digital capability, and future critical skills.

Design and deliver engaging learner experiences that leverage AI, automation, and modern learning technologies to create personalised and impactful development journeys.

Partner with senior leaders across the business to identify emerging capability needs and develop scalable solutions that support strategic workforce priorities.

Drive the evolution and optimisation of our learning ecosystem, connecting learning platforms, skills frameworks, workforce data, and talent systems to enable a skills-based organisation.
What You Bring
-
Experience leading learning transformation, capability strategy, future skills programs, organisational development, or workforce capability initiatives within a large and complex organisation.

Deep expertise in learning experience design, digital learning, learning technologies, and creating engaging development experiences at scale.

Strong understanding of AI and its application to learning, workforce upskilling, capability development, and employee experience.

Exceptional stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, with a proven ability to work with senior leaders, translate strategy into action, and drive meaningful organisational change.
