You will lead the end‑to‑end management of critical SIM, eSIM, and number services, ensuring seamless delivery and an exceptional customer experience.

What You’ll Do | Your day to day will consist of:

  • Managing key service operations for SIM, eSIM, and number management, which involves provisioning, lifecycle, and operational control.
  • Owning number management across the enterprise, including number lifecycle compliance, pool management and forecasting, and surrender of unused ranges.
  • Managing SIM ordering, provisioning, and supply chain operations, including supplier coordination and kitting processes.
  • Coordinating Fixed and mobile number porting operations, including managing blocking issues and platform performance.
  • Acting as an operational owner for customer-impacting issues within supply chain, such as activation failures and provisioning defects.
  • Managing supplier contracts and commercial governance, including SOW review, SLA adherence, infosec guardrail compliance, and vendor performance.
  • Leading strategic external supplier engagement with partners such as G+D and SIM/eSIM suppliers.
  • Maintaining regulatory compliance execution across operational domains and owning service risk management across operational platforms and processes.
  • Driving continuous improvement across operational processes, focusing on stability, cost efficiency, and service reliability.

 

What You Bring | What makes you perfect for the role?

  • Demonstrated experience in managing the complete operational delivery of SIM, eSIM, and number services.
  • Strong ability to manage number lifecycle across allocation, forecasting, utilisation, and regulatory compliance obligations.
  • Expertise in SIM sourcing, kitting, provisioning planning, and stock management.
  • Experience in leading porting platforms, processes, and handling blocking issues for both enterprise and consumer segments.
  • Proficiency in managing supplier ecosystems, including commercial, contractual, and performance oversight.
  • Outstanding skills in identifying and managing risks across number supply, provisioning, and porting operations.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive operational performance improvements and efficiency initiatives.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and develop a high-performing team.
