We're looking for an experienced delivery leader to join our team as Associate Director, Personalisation Delivery. In this role, you'll lead the planning, prioritisation and execution of our personalisation roadmap, ensuring initiatives are delivered efficiently, transparently and in line with business objectives.

Acting as the central point of coordination for personalisation demand, you'll bring together business, data and technology teams to drive delivery across customer data, decisioning, marketing automation and channel experience capabilities.

 

What You’ll Do

  • Own and manage the integrated Personalisation delivery roadmap, ensuring initiatives are prioritised, sequenced and delivered in line with customer and business objectives.
  • Lead demand intake and backlog management, translating business priorities into clear, actionable delivery plans.
  • Partner with business, data and technology teams to coordinate delivery across customer data, decisioning, marketing automation and channel experience streams.
  • Drive planning, governance and stakeholder alignment, providing clear visibility of priorities, progress and outcomes.
  • Manage dependencies, risks and delivery challenges to support successful execution across complex initiatives.
  • Monitor delivery performance and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, predictability and business value.

 

What makes you right for the role?

  • Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional delivery programs, portfolios or strategic initiatives with multiple interdependent workstreams.
  • Strong backlog management, prioritisation and demand planning expertise.
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams and coordinating delivery across multiple stakeholders.
  • Hands-on experience with Jira or similar delivery and workflow management tools.
  • Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies and governance frameworks.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities, navigate ambiguity and make informed trade-off decisions.
  • Experience within customer, digital, marketing technology or personalisation environments will be highly regarded.
